Christmas with Mommy and Daddy

Whew! I have a lot of posting to do, and it'll take me a few days to get to them all, but I'll start by posting quickly about our little family Christmas. Before we left for our annual Tour De S. Carolina, we decided to have a little Christmas morning here at home and let Banks open his presents from mommy and daddy. His favorites were definitely his Elmo slippers and his "fightertruck." It warmed my heart to see him figure out that all of the presents were for him, and he was so happy about his toys! There is something really precious about giving gifts to a child who isn't expecting anything. He's just so grateful!

I'm so glad we were able to have a sweet little Christmas celebration here at home...
