Clemson Season Opener

On a whim, we decided to head to Clemson for the season opener this year. The Wednesday before the game, Jonathan and I were talking about our weekend plans (or lack thereof). A few minutes later, I stumbled upon Eli's football jersey... which led to Banks finding his football jersey... which led to a rousing rendition of Tiger Rag, Jonathan throwing Eli up into a cupie, and we decided we were Clemson bound. Many thanks to our sweet friends Beth and Richard who gave us tickets for the game!

We took Banks to the game while Eli enjoyed a leisurely afternoon with his Nama and Pappy.

We ran into Brett! How fun!

Let's be honest. This is the one that really belongs in the slide show. He barely made it to half time before he passed out. Jonathan then had to carry him all the way down from the upper deck, across campus and then through downtown Clemson. He didn't wake up the whole time. In fact, he didn't wake up until we were back in Greer.
