According to the kids, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party was "actually kind of scary." But it was also a ton of fun! For our first day of Disney, the kids dressed up in their Halloween costumes (how cute is that sweet Mickey Mouse?!) and we went to the Magic Kingdom for the big party!
I loved how festive the Magic Kingdom was! Very fall like (despite the blazing temps) and full of pumpkins!
Our little Ninja wore his mask everywhere! He did not want to come out of costume at any point!
And my sweet nephew was pretty content to just hang out in his fire boots. He may have had the right idea - no hot costumes!
They (mostly) enjoyed the parade, led by the Headless Horseman. There were a few loud noises and spooky costumes that they didn't care for, but otherwise the parade was pretty incredible! And there was a LOT of candy involved in the night!
I feel like it was a success given the worn out children we brought home!
